- Prices include VAT but not Portuguese tourist tax - currently zero, but that may change in 2026
- For 1 or 2 night stays, there is a 30% supplementary charge on room/bunk prices
- For stays of 7+ nights, we offer a 10% discount 
- Breakfast is available for a €10pp supplement.  Plus all guests have access to a full kitchen, and fridge & cupboard space
